RESOLUTION NO. 2000-105
RESOLUTION APPROVING SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 216 AND 218 EAST
4TH STREET TO BD LLC D.B.A GILMOR AND DOYLE.
WHEREAS, the relevant portion of Section 29-42 of the Waterloo
Code provides that the Main Street Waterloo Redevelopment Authority
(Main Street) shall have the authority to sell, exchange or lease
any real estate acquired by the body, subject to the approval of
the City Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the sale and conveyance of property generally
located at 216 and 218 East 4th Street to BD LLC d.b.a Gilmor and
Doyle in the amount of $46, 000. 00, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of February, 2000.
