RESOLUTION NO. 2000-106
RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF LIEN ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 216 AND 218 EAST
4TH STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the release of lien on property generally located at 216 and
218 East 4th Street to facilitate the sale and redevelopment of said
property, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of February, 2000.
