RESOLUTION NO. 2000-120
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM JOHN DEERE WATERLOO
WORKS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from John
Deere Waterloo Works to burn prairie grass generally located on the
north side of their property along Donald Street during the period
of April 3-21, 2000, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2000.
