RESOLUTION NO. 2000-121
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM VERN FISH OF
HARTMAN RESERVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from Vern
Fish of Hartman Reserve to burn prairie grass generally located
within Hartman Reserve during late March or early April, 2000, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2000.
