RESOLUTION NO. 2000-126
RESOLUTION APPROVING STORM SEWER CROSSING
AGREEMENT WITH CHICAGO CENTRAL AND PACIFIC
RAILROAD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Mayor be hereby authorized to execute an agreement dated
March 13, 2000, with Chicago Central and Pacific Railroad Company,
copy attached, in conjunction with F.Y. 2000 Sycamore Street
Reconstruction and Vinton Street Storm Sewer Improvements, Contract
No. 613 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this
resolution be transmitted to Chicago Central and Pacific Railroad
Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2000 .
