RESOLUTION NO. 2000-127
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY EARTH TECH, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR
MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DRIVE-PHASE IV AND V,
STP-U-8155 (34) -70-07, AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with Martin Luther
King, Jr. Drive-Phase IV and V, STP-U-8155 (34) -70-07, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2100.
