RESOLUTION NO. 2000-128
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH
LAPORTE CITY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated March 13, 2000 to perform building and
electrical inspection services, by and between LaPorte City, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2000 .
