RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH 3350
UNIVERSITY RESIDENTIAL COOPERATIVE, INC., TO
ALLOW ACCESS FOR THE CARRIAGE HILL DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, LOCATED AT
3350 UNIVERSITY AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement, dated August 16, 2021,
between University Residential Cooperative, Inc. and the City of Waterloo to allow access for the
Carriage Hill Drainage Improvements Project, located at 3350 University Avenue, to improve
drainage issues in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement between
University Residential Cooperative, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, to allow access for the
Carriage Hill Drainage Improvements Project, located at 3350 University Avenue, to improve
drainage issues in the area, is accepted and approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August 2021.
