RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIMPLE SCOPE SHORT FORM
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN COMPANY OF CEDAR
RAPIDS, IOWA, FOR THE PREPARATION OF A PHOENIX
AWARD APPLICATION, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$1,500, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Simple Scope Short Form Agreement dated August 16, 2021, between HR Green
Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$1,500, for the preparation of a Phoenix Award application, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August 2021.
