RESOLUTION NO. 2021-550
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION
AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO WATER WORKS BOARD
OF TRUSTEES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2022
11TH STREET AND PARK AVENUE BRIDGE
REPLACEMENTS PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1013, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Agreement dated August 16, 2021, between the Waterloo Water Works
Board of Trustees and the City of Waterloo, in conjunction with the FY 2022 11th Street and Park
Avenue Bridge Replacements Project, Contract No. 1013, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August 2021.
