RESOLUTION NO. 2021-552
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH FARMERS MUTUAL TELEPHONE
COMPANY D/B/A HEARTLAND TECHNOLOGY, TO ALLOW
USE OF CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR A COMMUNICATION
SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Right -of -Way License Agreement dated August 16, 2021, between Farmers Mutual
Telephone Company D/B/A Heartland Technology and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow use
of city right-of-way for a communication system, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August 2021.
