RESOLUTION NO. 2021-539
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMISSION OF A
BUYIT@OCIO PROGRAM GRANT APPLICATION FOR THE
PURCHASE OF COMPUTERS, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $9,500, AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
TECHNOLOGY TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that submission of the application dated August 15, 2021, for the purchase of computers, in an
amount not to exceed $9,500, in conjunction with the BuyIT@OCIO program grant application,
is hereby approved, and the Director of Technology is authorized and directed to execute said
application on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August 2021.
