RESOLUTION NO. 2021-540
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND
SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS SEPTEMBER 2, 2021
AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS SEPTEMBER 7, 2021
FOR THE FY 2022 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT
PROGRAM - ZONE 1, CONTRACT NO. 1055, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2022 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 1, Contract No.
1055, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY Sidewalk Repair
Assessment Program - Zone 1, Contract No. 1055, be scheduled for September 2, 2021 at 1:00
p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of September 2021,
to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2022 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program
- Zone 1, Contract No. 1055.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
