RESOLUTION NO. 2021-542
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF CONSULTATION WITH
AFFECTED TAXING ENTITIES AS SEPTEMBER 3, 2021, AND
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS SEPTEMBER 20, 2021, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH APPROVAL OF THE SCHOITZ URBAN
RENEWAL AND REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, AND INSTRUCT THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of September, 2021,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon approving the Schoitz Area Urban Renewal and
Redevelopment Plan, and setting date of consultation with taxing entities as September 3, 2021.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and consultation with taxing entities, in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August 2021.
