RESOLUTION NO. 2000-132
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2000
RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said Citfor ytto
o
prepare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
F.Y. 2000 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y.
2000 Right-of-Way Mowing, which were preliminarily approved on
March 6, 2000, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 20,
2000, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2000 Right-of-Way Mowing, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 2000 .
