RESOLUTION NO. 2000-133
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
F.Y. 2000 RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2000-132, specifications, etc. , for
the F.Y. 2000 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is
so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements be
made in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 2000.
