RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF ASPRO, INC. &
SUBSIDIARIES OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y.
2000 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO.
616.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Aspro, Inc. & Subsidiaries of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 2000 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 616,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 20t' day
of March, 2000, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the United Fire and
Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 2000.
