RESOLUTION NO. 2000-139
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement No. 00-BRM-25 dated March 20, 2000 for a grant
from the Highway Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation (HBRR)
Program in the amount of $1, 000, 000 . 00, with city match of 20
percent, in conjunction with the Eighteenth Street Bridge
Replacement, Project No. BRM-8155 (650) -8N-07, by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 2000 .
