RESOLUTION NO. 2000-142
RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, AS THE WATERLOO HOUSING
AUTHORITY, APPROVING THE WATERLOO HOUSING
AUTHORITY FIVE YEAR PLAN FOR FY 2001-2005 AND
FY 2001 ANNUAL PLAN AND REVISIONS TO RESOURCE
DOCUMENTS THAT SUPPORT THE AGENCY PLAN,
INCLUDING THE SECTION 8 ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN,
THE PUBLIC HOUSING ADMISSIONS AND CONTINUED
OCCUPANCY POLICY, THE PUBLIC HOUSING LEASES,
FLAT RENTS AND LOCAL PREFERENCES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as the Waterloo Housing Authority, that the Waterloo Housing
Authority Five Year Plan for FY 2001-2005 and FY 2001 Annual Plan
and revisions to resource documents that support the Agency Plan,
including the Section 8 Administrative Plan, the Public Housing
Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy, the Public Housing
Leases, Flat Rents and Local Preferences, be and the same are
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 2000.
