RESOLUTION NO. 2000-147
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM HOOVER MIDDLE
SCHOOL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Hoover Middle School to burn approximately one-half acre of prairie
grass generally located just west of the Hoover observatory and
south of the football field during the period of April 5 - 26,
2000, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 2000.
