RESOLUTION NO. 2000-148
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM HAWKEYE COMMUNITY
COLLEGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Hawkeye Community College to burn approximately two acres of
prairie grass generally located adjacent to Arboretum Drive and one
acre generally located west of Campus Drive on April 6, 2000, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 2000.
