RESOLUTION NO. 2000-155
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ANAEROBIC
DIGESTERS PROJECT FOR WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
FACILITY, CONTRACT NO. 550.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Water Pollution Flood
Control of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , for the Anaerobic Digesters Project for
Water Pollution Control Facility, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
known as Contract No. 550, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Water Pollution Flood Control
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for the Anaerobic Digesters Project for Water Pollution
Control Facility, known as Contract No. 550, which were
preliminarily approved on February 21, 2000, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 3,
2000, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Anaerobic Digesters Project for
Water Pollution Control Facility, known as Contract No. 550, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 2000.
