RESOLUTION NO. 2000-160
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
OPTION C IN THE AMOUNT OF $29 . 97 PER ACRE PER
MOWING TO PROFESSIONAL LAWN CARE OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AND OPTION B TO B & B EXCHANGE OF
WATERLOO, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF $27 . 50 PER
ACRE PER MOWING FOR THE 2000 RIGHT OF WAY
MOWING CONTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Professional Lawn Care of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $29. 97 per acre per mowing for Option C and B & B
Exchange of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $27.50 per acre per
mowing for Option B, for the 2000 Right of Way Mowing Contract,
described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
for said project, after public hearing on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractors for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1999.
