RESOLUTION NO. 2000-168
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
F.Y. 2000 SYCAMORE STREET RECONSTRUCTION AND
VINTON STREET STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS,
CONTRACT NO. 613, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND
THE TAKING OF CONSTRUCTION BIDS THEREFORE, AS
APRIL 24, 2000, AT 5: 30 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 24th day of April, 2000, for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the F.Y.
2000 Sycamore Street Reconstruction and Vinton Street Storm Sewer
Improvements, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of
construction bids therefore, Contract No. 613.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 2000.
