RESOLUTION NO. 2000-173
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE
PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "C-Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING
DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2452
BURTON AVENUE, AS MAY 1, 2000, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN
THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 1st day of May, 2000, for the
purpose of considering a proposed "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District
Site Plan amendment for the addition of a curb-cut on the north
side of the property for the storage of asphalt contracting
equipment for property commonly known as 2452 Burton Avenue, and
legally described as follows :
Replat West Cushman Heights Lot 1 Block 1, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April, 2000.
