RESOLUTION NO. 2000-198
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF PONY EXPRESS
TO CONDUCT ANNUAL FUND-RAISER ON APRIL 21,
2000.
WHEREAS, the Pony Express has requested that they be allowed
to hold annual fund-raiser on April 21, 2000 starting at 3: 00 p.m. ,
with the race route to start at Evansdale city limits on
Independence Avenue to City Hall .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Pony Express to
conduct annual fund-raiser on April 21, 2000 starting at 3: 00 p.m.
with the race route to start at Evansdale city limits on
Independence Avenue to City Hall, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 2000.
