RESOLUTION NO. 2000-203
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2000
SYCAMORE STREET RECONSTRUCTION AND VINTON
STREET STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO.
613.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F.Y. 2000 Sycamore Street Reconstruction and Vinton Street Storm
Sewer Improvements, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as
Contract No. 613, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2000 Sycamore
Street Reconstruction and Vinton Street Storm Sewer Improvements,
known as Contract No. 613, which were preliminarily approved on
April 3, 2000, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 24,
2000, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2000 Sycamore Street
Reconstruction and Vinton Street Storm Sewer Improvements, known as
Contract No. 613, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 2000.
