RESOLUTION NO. 2000-208
RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE AGREEMENT WITH
BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Release Agreement dated April 24, 2000 in conjunction with
settlement of litigation, by and between Blue Cross/Blue Shield,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 2000.
