RESOLUTION NO. 2000-209
RESOLUTION APPROVING MASTER AGREEMENT WITH
BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD AND AUTHORIZING CITY
ATTORNEY TO SIGN DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE AND
OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Master Agreement dated April 24, 2000 in conjunction with
settlement of litigation, by and between Blue Cross/Blue Shield,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Attorney be authorized to sign
Dismissal with Prejudice and other necessary documents in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 2000.
