RESOLUTION NO. 2000-220
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF PROFESSIONAL LAWN
CARE OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR OPTION C AND B&B
EXCHANGE OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR OPTION B FOR
THE 2000 RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Professional Lawn Care of Waterloo, Iowa, for
Option C and B&B Exchange of Waterloo, Iowa for Option B for the
2000 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the lst day of May, 2000, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
Merchants Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa for Professional Lawn
Care and State Farm Life and Casualty Company of Bloomington,
Illinois for B&B Exchange, as surety' s thereon, be, and the same
are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 2000 .
