RESOLUTION NO. 2000-221
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
HARLEY-DAVIDSON CYCLE CENTER, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID LEASE AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 1, 2000 for two police
motorcycles at a cost of $50. 00 per month per motorcycle, by and
between Harley-Davidson Cycle Center of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 2000.
