RESOLUTION NO. 2000-223
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 1, 2000 for Surface Transportation
Program (STP) funding in the amount of $1, 204, 500. 00, with city
match of $301, 125. 00, in conjunction with San Marnan Drive Traffic
Improvements-Phase I, STP-U-8155 (651) -70-07, by and between Iowa
Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 2000.
