RESOLUTION NO. 2000-225
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONVEYING A QUIT
CLAIM DEED TO R & N INVESTMENTS FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Quit Claim Deed, dated May 1, 2000, to R & N Investments,
for property located in the Northeast Industrial Park, legally
described as follows:
Lot No. 10, Northeast Industrial Park, Plat No. 2,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, and
That part of Lots 7 and 8, Northeast Industrial Park,
Plat No. 1, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 7; thence
N 00°25' 20" W a distance of 165. 00 feet; thence N
89°34' 40" E a distance of 600. 00 feet; thence
Southeasterly along a curve concave Southwesterly having
a radius of 50. 00 feet and a long chord bearing S
45°25' 20" E a distance of 78 .54 feet to the Easterly
line of said Lot 8; thence S 00°25' 20" E along the
Easterly line of said Lot 8 a distance of 65. 00 feet;
thence Southwesterly along a curve concave
Northwesterly, having a radius of 50. 00 feet and a long
chord bearing S 44°34' 40" W a distance of 78 . 54 feet;
thence S 89°34' 40" W along the Southerly line of Lots 7
and 8 a distance of 600. 00 feet to the point of
beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
The Easterly line of said Lot 8 is assumed to bear S
00°25' 20" E, and also,
Tract A, Northeast Industrial Park, Plat No. 2,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 2000, and approved by
the Mayor on the 3rci day of May, 2000.
