RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONVEYING WARRANTY
DEED TO CLEAR WINDOWS, L.L.P. FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED IN LOT 2 IN MIDPORT AMERICA
INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 1 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Warranty Deed, dated May 1, 2000, conveying to Clear
Windows, L.L.P. , certain real property generally located in Lot 2
in MidPort America Industrial Park Plat No. 1, legally described as
follows:
Lot Two (2) , MidPort America Park, Plat No. 1, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, except the Southwesterly One
Hundred Forty and Thirty-one Hundredths (140 . 31) feet in
even width thereof, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 2000, and approved by
the Mayor on the 3rd day of May, 2000.
