RESOLUTION NO. 2000-242
RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL
ESTATE MORTGAGE FOR JOHN BRUNSON, FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED IN CLYDE MILLER HEIGHTS
SECOND SUBDIVISION, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Partial Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated May 8, 2000,
to correct encumbrance erroneously placed on property in June 1997,
by and between John Brunson and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the
following described property:
Lot No. 8 and that part of Lot No. 9 in "Clyde
Miller Heights Second Subdivision" in Waterloo,
Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot
No. 9; thence Northwesterly to the angle point on
the Westerly line of said Lot No. 9 which is 87 .54
feet more or less North of the Southwesterly corner
of said Lot No. 8; thence South along said Westerly
line to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot No. 9;
thence East along the South line of said Lot No. 9
to the point of beginning, except that part
conveyed in CLD 555 page 92, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May, 2000.
