RESOLUTION NO. 2000-253
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR F.Y. 2000 TRAFFIC SIGNAL
MATERIALS, KIMBALL AVENUE AT RACHEL STREET,
CS-TSF-8155 (50) -85-07, CONTRACT NO. 610.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Traffic
Engineer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
construction of the F.Y. 2000 Traffic Signal Materials, Kimball
Avenue at Rachel Street, CS-TSF-8155 (50) -85-07, Contract No. 610,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Engineer has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs,
etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May, 2000.
