RESOLUTION NO. 2000-255
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LAGOON
CONTROLS/GENERATOR BUILDING FOR WPFC, CONTRACT
NO. 614 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Water Pollution/Flood
Control of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , for the Lagoon Controls/Generator Building
for WPFC, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 614,
and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent Water of Pollution Flood/Control
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for the Lagoon Controls/Generator Building for WPFC, known as
Contract No. 614, which were preliminarily approved on April 17,
2000, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 15,
2000, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Lagoon Controls/Generator Building
for WPFC, known as Contract No. 614, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 2000.
