RESOLUTION NO. 2000-261
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION OVERAGE
FUNDING CERTIFICATION WITH THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CERTIFICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Overage Funding Certification dated May 15,
2000 in conjunction with F.Y. 2000 Sycamore Street Reconstruction
and Vinton Street Storm Sewer Improvements, Contract No. 613, by
and between the Economic Development Administration, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15t'1 day of May, 2000 .
