RESOLUTION NO. 2000-263
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF CROSSROADS
ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH TO PLACE TEMPORARY
DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, Crossroads Assembly of God Church has requested
permission to place temporary signage on city right-of-way at
Langley Street off Hammond Avenue, in conjunction with the F.Y.
2000 Street Reconstruction Project, Contract No. 616.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Crossroads Assembly of God Church, be
hereby granted authorization to place temporary signage on city
right-of-way at Langley Street off Hammond Avenue, in conjunction
with the F.Y. 2000 Street Reconstruction Project, Contract No. 616.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Crossroads Assembly of God
Church holds the City of Waterloo harmless from any and all
situations that may be created due to the placement of signs on
city right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 2000.
