RESOLUTION NO. 2000-269
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WAL-MART
STORES EAST, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 15, 2000 for cost sharing in the
amount of $100, 000. 00 for a right-turn lane for eastbound traffic
on San Marnan Drive onto Flammang Drive, by and between Wal-Mart
Stores East, Inc. , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 2000.
