RESOLUTION NO. 2000-271
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH JOHN AND SUZANNE
DUTCHER DBA CLEAR WINDOWS LLP AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID ADDENDUM BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Development Agreement dated May 15, 2000 to
build a 9, 800 square foot facility with expansion capability of
6, 100 square feet within 5 years, by and between John and Suzanne
Dutcher dba Clear Windows LLP, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15tr day of May, 2000.
