RESOLUTION NO. 2000-272
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF RAMPART
CORPORATION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y.
2000 SYCAMORE STREET RECONSTRUCTION AND VINTON
STREET STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 613 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Rampart Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, for the
F.Y. 2000 Sycamore Street Reconstruction and Vinton Street Storm
Sewer Improvements, Contract No. 613, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor
and the City Clerk as of the 15th day of May, 2000, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual) of Des Moines,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 2000.
