RESOLUTION NO. 2000-289
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF DARYL AND MERI
KAY CHASE FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Daryl and Meri Kay Chase, 555 W. Wellington Street,
are having a live band performing on their back porch deck facing
the woods and Elmwood Cemetery, and
WHEREAS, said live band will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Daryl and Meri Kay Chase have made formal
application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
3094, on June 24, 2000 from 7 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Daryl and Meri Kay Chase, 555 W.
Wellington Street for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise
Ordinance, on June 24, 2000, from 7 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m. , be and
the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of Ma 2000.
