RESOLUTION NO. 2000-290
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF BENJAMIN' S
DOWNTOWN PUB FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Benjamin' s Downtown Pub, 501 W. 4th Street, is having
a live band performing in their outdoor service area, and
WHEREAS, said live band will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Benjamin' s Downtown Pub has made formal
application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
3094, on May 26-27, 2000 from 9: 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Benjamin' s Downtown Pub, 501 W.
4th Street, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance,
on May 26-27, 2000, from 9: 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m. , be and the same
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 2000.
