BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
2 that the contract of Story Construction Company of Ames, Iowa, for
.j the Anaerobic Digesters Project for Water Pollution Control
Facility, Contract No. 550, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 22nd day of May, 2000, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Federal Insurance Company of Indiana, Illinois, as
surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 2000 .
