RESOLUTION NO. 2000-294
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF ASPRO, INC. &
SUBSIDIARIES OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y.
2000 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 618 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Aspro, Inc. & Subsidiaries of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 2000 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 618, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 22nd day of May,
2000, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by the United Fire & Casualty
of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 2000.
