RESOLUTION NO. 2000-296
RESOLUTION APPROVING BIOSOLIDS TREATMENT
AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF EVANSDALE AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Biosolids Treatment Agreement dated May 22, 2000 for a
one-year agreement to receive generated biosolids, process dewater
and land apply the solid nutrient, by and between the City of
Evansdale, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 2000.
