RESOLUTION NO. 2000-303
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2000
TRAFFIC SIGNAL MATERIALS, KIMBALL AVENUE AT
RACHAEL STREET, CS-TSF-8155 (50) -85-07,
CONTRACT NO. 610.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Traffic Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F.Y. 2000 Traffic Signal Materials, Kimball Avenue at Rachael
Street, CS-TSF-8155 (50) -85-07, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known
as Contract No. 610, and
WHEREAS, said Traffic Engineer did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2000
Traffic Signal Materials, Kimball Avenue at Rachael Street, CS-TSF-
8155 (50) -85-07, known as Contract No. 610, which were preliminarily
approved on May 8, 2000, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 5,
2000, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2000 Traffic Signal
Materials, Kimball Avenue at Rachael Street, CS-TSF-8155 (50) -85-07,
known as Contract No. 610, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2000.
