RESOLUTION NO. 2000-313
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
PAVING, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER FOR
AUDUBON HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION, AS SUBMITTED
BY WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING,
INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND SEWAGE TREATMENT
AGREEMENT WITH DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Construction Plans for paving, sanitary
sewer and storm sewer serving the Audubon Heights Second Addition,
as submitted by Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and Sewage Treatment Agreement dated June 5, 2000,
by and between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved and
Mayor authorized to execute same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2000.
