RESOLUTION NO. 2000-314
RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE
MORTGAGE FOR R & N INVESTMENTS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE
MORTGAGE BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated June 5, 2000 for
payment of a loan in conjunction with renovations of the Metz-
Sunbeam building at 325 West 3rd Street, by and between R & N
Investments, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2000 .
